Notes:
Training runs are greater than ~6 miles long and greater than ~1,500' of elevation gain.
Maintaining runs are decent are trail runs that don't quite make it to Training status.
Recreational runs are just for fun and usually involve little to no elevation gain.
Also Note: It's not super rigid/dogmatic, these definitions. E.g.: if you see a run that's 5 miles long but 2,000' in elevation gain, it mighht get promoted to Training, for being close enough. (Try to be a little flexible here, is all I'm asking)
